Meet the Team

The staff at Stepping Stones are a dedicated team who have a wealth of experience between them working within the childcare sector. As a team of staff, we take our own learning seriously.

We want to achieve our potential by encouraging reflective practice and support our training and development as well as allowing staff to have a voice and actively responding to their contributions. We regularly update our knowledge through training courses, network meeting as well as in house training.

Our priority is to care for you child in a safe, caring stimulating and happy environment, so they can develop their social, emotional and physical needs. Each child will have a named keyperson who will plan and develop age appropriate activities around the EYFS to develop their social, emotional and physical development, as well as being involved with their daily routines and play. We view parents as partners as well as the child’s first educator.
